The menu pays tribute to Spain and the Mediterranean, featuring tapas & small plates built on bold flavors found throughout the region: Spain, North Africa, the Middle East. Inside, the highlight of the space is a large, open-air patio to enjoy incredible views of the Denver skyline.


Salary Range : $65,000 - $75,000 per yearย

Job Duties:

  • The ability to multi-task and perform in a high-volume atmosphere
  • A broad range of restaurant management experience encompassing different styles of service and cuisine in chef driven, culinary driven food concepts
  • Knowledge and experience with wine, beer, and specialty cocktails
  • Experience with events management and oversight is a plus
  • A professional, polished manner and elite customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills

Requirements

  • Physical stamina to stand & move throughout the duration of a shift
  • Open availability including nights & weekends
  • Must be able to lift over 20lbs multiple times per shift
