Job Details
The Floor Tech is responsible for all aspects of floor care, using the latest custodial equipment to provide high quality service levels while adhering to company policies and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.
Job responsibilities:
  • General floor care activities e.g., dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, and bonnet
  • Periodic floor care activities e.g., scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure washing
  • Manages and maintains floor equipment and floor supplies
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Coordinate activities between the customers and the company
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Job requirements:
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license and clean MVR
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Ability to work with little supervision
    • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to adapt to a changing work plan
    • Customer-oriented and friendly
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2-4 years of experience in all aspects of floor care preferred
    • Knowledge of industry best practices
  • Physical Requirements
    • Stand and walk for long periods of time
    • Repeat the same movements
    • Frequent bending and twisting
    • Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
    • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, possible overnights for special projects
  • Full-Time, 2nd Shift, 5pm-1am
  • $17/hr

  • Must pass pre-requirements as needed
