Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Generate customer leads with existing Client and new opportunities
  • Promote Regal products and services to existing customer base and potential new clients
  • Close marketing/sales by means of excellent professional service and salesmanship (The Regal Way)
  • Develop customer referrals of Regal Commercial Services flooring services
  • Work with Flooring team in preparing sales/marketing action plans and strategies
  • Complete daily marketing/sales schedule
  • Provide quality control functions as needed
  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Work with Flooring team in planning and conducting direct marketing opportunities
  • Attend scheduled marketing/sales meetings
  • Any and all other miscellaneous tasks necessary to accomplish above job description, as defined by management team
  • Property management experience a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
