Division: LLC, Wholly owned by The Shawnee Tribe


Job Title: EG Floor Associate


General Definition: Responsible for providing a high degree of courteous service to guests during their entertainment experience.


Supervision Received: Supervisor


Supervision Exercised: N/A


Essential Job Functions:
 Answer basic customer questions concerning gaming machines based on basic understanding of payout and machine operations (e.g. cashier locations, dollar bill acceptor locations, top prize payoffs)
 Clean assigned area by aligning seats close to machines, emptying ash trays, and disposing of trash with goal of maximizing customer satisfaction with facility cleanliness
 Coordinate with management, supervisors, and security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damaged gaming equipment and to report floor irregularities to a member of management.
 Identify top prize transactions processes and completes paperwork promptly, with a high level of accuracy and service to the guest.
 Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel.
 Perform other job related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS;
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Training and Experience:
 Six (6) months of EG Gaming Experience Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 Must be able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of departmental rules, regulations, and policies.
 Must possess the ability to handle/count large amounts of cash utilizing currency and coin counters, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
 May be required to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, possess good manual dexterity, and hand/eye coordination, but these requirements are based on needs of facility and staffing.
 Proficiency with 10-key adding machine may be required in order to perform assigned job duties correctly.
 Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods of time in order to properly perform the assigned job duties.
 Must be able to work in a casino environment where second hand smoke and flashing lights are present
 Must be able to work in a smoke filled casino environment
Licenses/Certifications/Other:
 Must be able to complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result
 Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency, if applicable to perform the essential job functions
