Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Inventory and stock Janitorial inventory as needed with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory and clean equipment appearance.
  • Perform buffing and refinishing activities to ensure that designated floors are kept shiny and clean
  • Operate floor care equipment such as automatic scrubbers, floor machines, and dry vacuums
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Notify building management of any repairs required
  • Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions properly
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
  • Clean up construction environments, natural disasters, contents, biohazards, etc.
  • Perform cleaning duties and processes following SERVPRO® guidelines per work order per supervisors’ directions.
  • Ensure clear two-way communication with supervisors and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance. 
  • Follow all cleaning schedules, work orders, and SERVPRO® guidelines.
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with staff and management.
  • Ensure all completed tasks meet high cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, technicians, and the site manager.
  • Work cooperatively with team members to ensure facility cleanliness standards are met.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and in SERVPRO uniform.
  • Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crouching for the duration of the shift.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in cleaning and floor care preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Physical and Work Environment Requirements: 
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
  • Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects

This is a Full-Time position, 40 Hours PER WEEK. Evening Shift: 5p-1:30a Monday-Friday (No overtime.)
