Job description

Clean Team is seeking qualified individuals who are dependable and detail oriented to join our Team as a Floor Technician. We encourage candidates with the following qualifications to apply.

Responsibilities will be (but not limited to) the following:

  • Candidates with experience as a Floor Technician
  • Candidate with working knowledge of proper floor cleaning procedures and a knowledge of floor machines necessary to perform assigned tasks.
  • Organization and Implementation skills are a must, ability to follow assigned cleaning schedules and periodical work.
  • Managing and tracking of tasks performed, in addition reports need to be completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Job duties may include but are not limited to operating a walk behind floor scrubber, operating a riding floor scrubber, and daily maintenance of scrubber, stripping and waxing, buffing.
  • Operation of various vacuum cleaners

  • All Applicants must be at least 18 with valid identification
  • All Applicants have reliable transportation
  • All Applicants must have a valid drivers license
  • All Applicants must have auto insurance


Qualifications

Close attention to detail, ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor, possesses strong organizational skills, demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Works well with a team. Communicates clearly and effectively. Some familiarity with proper safety procedures while performing the duties of a floor technician.


Cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, and spot cleaning.

Also responsible for using safety measures in the work areas.

Willing to complete other duties as needed.
