Lead Countertop Installer (Piece Rate)Monday-Friday | Reno, NV

Accent Countertops has been a trusted leader in premium countertop fabrication and installation since 1985. With operations in Murray, Utah and Reno, Nevada, we specialize in granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops for residential and commercial customers. Our state-of-the-art, 40,000-square-foot fabrication facility in Murray and our Reno sales and installation team allow us to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and customer service throughout the region.

Due to continued growth, Accent Countertops Reno is seeking an experienced Lead Countertop Installer to join our professional installation team.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Stone Countertop Installer
  • Proven experience installing granite, quartz, and other stone countertops
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills
  • Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to work independently while leading an installation crew
Responsibilities
  • Install stone countertops accurately and efficiently in residential and commercial settings
  • Safely remove existing countertops and disconnect/reconnect plumbing when required
  • Ensure all installations meet Accent Countertops' quality standards
  • Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process
  • Resolve installation issues on-site and coordinate with the office when additional support is needed
  • Troubleshoot technical installation challenges while maintaining project timelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Complete all required paperwork and installation documentation
  • Perform regular bending, kneeling, lifting, twisting, and other physical aspects of the position
  • Work overtime when needed to meet customer schedules
  • Travel locally throughout the Reno market with occasional out-of-town assignments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
