Bath Tune-Up Bloomfield is growing fast, and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking Helper to support our Lead Bath Installer on bathroom remodeling projects across Essex County. This is hands-on work-ideal for someone who wants steady hours, strong training, and a path into the skilled trades.
Role Overview
You'll assist our experienced installers with demolition, prep work, material handling, installation support, and clean-up. You'll learn modern remodeling techniques, contribute to high-quality projects, and help deliver a 5-star customer experience.
Key Responsibilities• Basic Tiling
• Assist with demolition, debris removal, and jobsite prep
• Carry, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Support installation of flooring, vanities, fixtures, wall systems, and shower conversions
• Help set up waterproofing, substrates, and basic plumbing/electrical prep (under supervision)
• Measure, cut, and prep materials as directed
• Keep jobsite clean, safe, and customer-ready at all times
• Communicate clearly with the Lead Installer and Project Manager
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Represent Bath Tune-Up professionally inside customers' homes
