Material Handler/Loader - Day Shift (Full-Time)

We're currently hiring a Material Handler for our Boise/Meridian location. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and thrive in a hands-on warehouse environment, this is your opportunity to build a long-term career.

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move stone slabs and materials
  • Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
  • Secure loads using strapping, banding, and proper A-frame procedures
  • Move and position materials using air lifters and mechanical equipment
  • Track inventory and verify materials for accuracy and damage
  • Prepare, store, and stage materials for production or shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
What You Bring
  • 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience
  • Experience with forklifts (certification a plus)
  • Overhead crane experience preferred
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools (table saw, chop saw, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to read measurements and handle basic math
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
Physical Requirements
  • Safely lift 35-50 lbs regularly
  • Stand and move for extended periods
  • Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
  • Work in conditions with water exposure (hands/feet)
