What You'll Be Doing
As our Community Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the property - leading operations, inspiring your team, and creating a welcoming environment for all. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading daily operations with professionalism and positivity
  • Coaching and developing your team to thrive
  • Managing budgets, rent collections, and resident communications
  • Overseeing leasing processes and compliance
  • Coordinating maintenance and ensuring curb appeal
  • Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications
  • Promoting safety, compliance, and community engagement

Who You Are
