As an Aircraft Dispatcher and Flight Plan Coordinator who facilitates ARINCDirect flight services; you will be providing business aviation customers with the tools, information, and empowerment they need to effectively satisfy aviation customer requests. Also, you will be striving to create a cooperative atmosphere where knowledge is shared amongst team members to provide best-in-class service to our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Be responsible for interacting with business aviation customers (pilots, dispatchers, flight operations, air traffic control) via telephone and email exchanges during all phases of flight planning and operations.

  • Create and disseminate computed flight plans including: assessment of weather conditions, NOTAMs, weight and balance, runway analysis, and aircraft performance calculations.

  • Relay sensitive aviation messages.

  • Provide logistical assistance for flight crews.

  • Provide customer account, software, troubleshooting, and training support.

  • Flexible coverage of multiple shifts in support of 24/7 operations, including holidays and weekends. The Flight Coordinator position is an essential personnel position meaning that you may be required to report for work during inclement weather.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in any of the following:aircraft dispatch, air traffic control, flight planning, aviation, meteorology, or certified pilot.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • PC operating experience in a professional environment including standard office suite.

  • Must be able to communicate well both verbally and in written form.

  • Ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously and accurately.

  • Work well in a team environment.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) desired.

  • FAA Dispatcher Certificate.

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
