Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop individualized behavior and academic plans for identified students.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and reading specialists to create and execute intervention plans.
  • Implement the responsible thinking process to encourage students to proactively make college-bound choices - daily encouragers, community builders, and progress monitors.
  • Actively promote student, parent, and community involvement within the school and the maintenance of a safe and orderly environment to ensure that each student has the best opportunity to learn.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years' experience in child behavior/social work field.
