Corporate Flight Attendant

JBS USA Corporate Flight Department | Greeley, Colorado

Position SummaryJBS USA is seeking an experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to support safe, professional, discreet, and well-organized domestic and international flight operations. Reporting to the Director of Aviation, the position is responsible for passenger safety, cabin readiness, catering, provisioning, in-flight service, and the administrative and logistical activities required to maintain consistent cabin standards across the flight department. The successful candidate will combine sound judgment, attention to detail, adaptability, and a service-oriented approach with a genuine interest in contributing to a collaborative and continuously improving team.Essential Responsibilities
  • Ensure passenger safety and cabin readiness by completing preflight inspections, conducting safety briefings, verifying emergency equipment, and responding effectively to medical or aircraft emergencies in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.
  • Provide attentive, professional, and discreet passenger service throughout all phases of flight while anticipating reasonable passenger needs and maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
  • Plan, source, coordinate, and present catering and beverages for assigned flights, including dietary restrictions, allergies, passenger preferences, food safety, and international catering considerations.
  • Manage cabin provisioning and inventory for assigned aircraft, including refreshments, water, snacks, supplies, linens, amenities, and other items required for passenger flights.
  • Coordinate and maintain department-wide stocks of routine passenger provisions and consumable supplies, including items used on flights operating without a flight attendant.
  • Monitor inventory levels, expiration dates, quality, storage, purchasing needs, and vendor performance to ensure supplies remain current, appropriate, and ready for use.
  • Maintain the cabin in a clean, organized, and professional condition before, during, and after each flight, and coordinate cleaning, laundry, and replenishment services as required.
  • Maintain accurate passenger preference and dietary information while protecting confidential personal and company information.
  • Coordinate with pilots, schedulers, maintenance personnel, fixed-base operators, caterers, ground transportation providers, hotels, vendors, and other internal and external partners.
  • Identify and report cabin discrepancies, damaged equipment, serviceability concerns, and maintenance needs, and follow through until the matter is appropriately addressed.
  • Complete expense reports, receipts, inventory records, catering documentation, purchasing records, and other assigned operational or administrative records accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in recurrent training, emergency response preparation, safety programs, departmental standardization, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support the development and improvement of cabin procedures, service standards, provisioning practices, emergency preparation, and flight-department processes.
  • Perform assigned administrative or collateral duties that support safe, efficient, and professional flight-department operations.
  • Maintain availability for a variable schedule that may include early departures, late arrivals, weekends, holidays, overnight trips, and extended domestic or international travel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of flight attendant or cabin attendant experience in business aviation, commercial aviation, or another professional aviation environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of passenger safety, cabin emergency procedures, service preparation, aircraft provisioning, and in-flight responsibilities.
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Ability to meet company requirements for employment, background screening, training, travel, and aircraft insurance, where applicable.
  • Ability to reside within approximately one hour of the flight department hangar in Greeley, Colorado.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle aircraft supplies and luggage, and work in varying operational and weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Gulfstream G550 cabin experience, particularly in domestic and international operations.
  • Experience supporting international flight operations, including overseas catering, customs and immigration considerations, and coordination with foreign handlers and vendors.
  • Current emergency procedures training applicable to business aviation cabin operations.
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
  • Current food-handler or equivalent food-safety certification.
  • Portuguese-language proficiency.

Work Schedule and Travel

This position supports a variable corporate flight schedule and requires frequent domestic and international travel, overnight stays, and availability outside normal business hours. The Flight Attendant must maintain reliable communication and be prepared to respond appropriately to schedule changes and evolving operational requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $110,000 – $130,000;
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program

The posted salary range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the compensation that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, tenure, internal equity, market data, and may vary accordingly.
