Professionals in flight safety work to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with aviation activities, including investigating incidents and improving safety protocols. Their goal is to minimize the chances of accidents and improve safety standards across the aviation industry.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in flight safety?

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills are vital soft skills for identifying hazards and promoting a safety culture.
