We are searching for an Operations Team Lead to provide onsite leadership and support in a hospitality environment. This position pays $28 to $30 per hour.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and oversee all daily operations to ensure consistent service, efficiency, and guest experience.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues and cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain real-time awareness of floor conditions and proactively resolve operational gaps.
  • Manage and develop team members, including coaching, performance management, and accountability.
  • Design, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making.
  • Develop and manage team schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels aligned with business demand.
  • Oversee facility standards including cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation across all areas.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment on operations, initiatives, and priorities.
  • Supervise guest flow, admissions, and queue management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Oversee food, beverage, and retail operations, including inventory, cost control, and performance.
  • Manage inventory systems, storage, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and loss prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and regulatory requirements, including incident management.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a high-accountability mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.
