Job description

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee production processes, ensure goals are met efficiently, maintain quality and safety standards, lead a team, manage resources, and implement improvements.
You will report directly to our Senior Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location onsite on 1st shift.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell by ensuring that products are repaired on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*Role could be 1st or 2nd shift*
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee daily repair and overhaul (R&O) activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor R&O technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in processes.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or production supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of repair and overhaul or manufacturing processes and production management.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning tools.
  • Ability to analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
