Job description

Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager you will own driving the execution, implementation, development, and test of Amazon Leo SW and tooling built to support it. The role will interface with the cross-functional engineering and program management teams to build the software and test infrastructure we own

Because of the scale of the mission, you will be focused on driving automation and operational excellence - identifying areas of improvement and initiating changes to improve the productivity of the fleet.

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S

permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical program management or related experience
- Strong technical background with ability to understand complex software systems
- Deep understanding of SDLC and release management practices
- Proven track record managing programs across multiple teams and dependencies
- Experience with distributed systems or large-scale deployments
