Job description

Responsibilities
  • Supervises personnel for compliance with policies and regulations
  • Monitors appearance and conduct of personnel
  • Maintains current documentation
  • Coordinates training for crew and maintenance personnel
  • Develops scheduling procedures with clients
  • Approves and schedules PTO for personnel
  • Updates scheduling information
  • Conducts meetings to coordinate activities and address issues
  • Approves expense accounts
  • Participates in the hiring process of personnel
  • Submits reports as required
  • Maintains training records and ensures timely submission of data
Requirements
  • Total time = 3000 hours
  • PIC = 1500 hours
  • MEL = 1500 hours
  • MEL PIC = 500 hours
  • Time in Turbo Jet = 500
  • Instrument Time = 250 hours
  • Management background with exceptional leadership skill
  • NBAA CAM certification or comparable leadership training preferred
  • Experience in training for flight operations personnel
  • Budget development and management experience
