As a Flight Line Technician, you can expect to work in a dynamic, fast-paced airport or hangar environment, often outdoors in varying weather conditions. Shifts may include early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays to meet flight schedules, and technicians frequently perform inspections, refueling, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on aircraft between flights. You’ll collaborate closely with pilots, dispatchers, and other maintenance team members to ensure timely and safe aircraft turnaround. The work can be physically demanding but offers the satisfaction of being directly responsible for the safety and reliability of every flight.
