A typical day in Flexo Printing involves setting up flexographic presses, preparing printing plates, mixing inks, and closely monitoring print runs to ensure quality and consistency. You’ll frequently inspect printed materials, make adjustments to machine settings, and maintain equipment to minimize downtime. Collaboration is common with prepress teams, quality assurance staff, and sometimes customers, especially when new jobs or custom print specifications are involved.
