Folder-Gluer Operator – 2nd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift

Summary

We are looking for a Folder-Gluer Operator to operate folder/gluer equipment and ensure finished products meet quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate folder/gluer equipment
  • Load printed materials into the machine
  • Monitor product quality and production output
  • Scan products and create labels using the production system
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report larger problems
  • Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on the equipment
  • Follow safety and quality standards
  • Communicate any production or equipment issues to supervisors

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating folder/gluer equipment preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to follow work instructions and meet quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
