The Flexible Weekend Property Manager primarily oversees property operations during weekends, focusing on maintenance, tenant communication, and inspections. In contrast, a Part-Time Leasing Agent mainly handles leasing activities, showing properties, and assisting prospective tenants. While both roles may require real estate knowledge and involve client interaction, the Property Manager has broader responsibilities related to property upkeep and management, whereas the Leasing Agent concentrates on leasing processes.
