WeCare TLC Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselors to join our team in providing remote mental health services. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, depending on your caseload and experience. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine each client's mental health needs, allowing for the creation of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services utilizing secure, user-friendly virtual platforms to meet clients' diverse requirements.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic objectives and offer ongoing encouragement and support throughout their treatment journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches to resonate with each client's preferences, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Maintain diligent documentation of therapy sessions and monitor client progress in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

The clients you will serve at WeCare TLC Counseling Center come from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of mental health challenges. You will provide care for individuals struggling with common issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship difficulties, as well as those navigating more severe mental health disorders. Your expertise and understanding will enable you to connect meaningfully with clients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients through virtual interactions.
• Exhibiting a high degree of empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' unique experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and self-discipline to manage documentation and therapy sessions effectively in an online setting.

• Experience providing therapy in a virtual or telehealth setting is highly valuable.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Experience working within a community health clinic context or with underrepresented populations.
