• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans aligned with individual client goals, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy to adult clients, leveraging virtual sessions to ensure accessibility and comfort.
• Proactively engage in crisis interventions as required to support clients in immediate need of assistance.
• Remain actively involved in ongoing professional development, staying informed about the latest mental health best practices and industry standards to enhance client outcomes.

Your clientele will primarily comprise adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. We value an approach that fosters a supportive client-provider relationship, and our responsive administration ensures that you will maintain a manageable caseload, thus allowing you to devote the necessary time and attention to each client.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients in a telehealth setting.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and effective time management to balance client care and administrative tasks efficiently.

• Experience in teletherapy is preferred, with familiarity in using various virtual platforms for client engagement.
• Prior experience working with diverse adult populations, applying culturally competent therapeutic practices.
• Proven experience in crisis intervention and developing treatment plans according to best practices.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
