This 140-bed facility features a closed ICU and serves as part of a regional healthcare network that includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals. The institution provides comprehensive inpatient care with specialty support and 24/7 intensivist coverage, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and collaborative care.

Physician & Clinician - PHYSICIAN
Job Details:
• Nocturnist position in Fargo, ND• Shift hours: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.• 1.0 FTE = 24 weeks per year• 7/7 schedule (7 days on, 7 days off) with flexible shifts and scheduling options• Join a strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20+ full-time hospitalists and NP support• Responsibilities include rotating through cross coverage (130 patients), admitting, and tele hospitalist duties• Three nocturnists on per shift• No procedures required• Access to specialty and 24/7 intensivist support• Requirements: BC/BE Internal Medicine or BC/BE Family Medicine with a minimum of 1 year Hospitalist experience, or completion of a Hospitalist Fellowship• Ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, team-player, focused on patient care and quality• Regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals
