You will be responsible for creating and maintaining content within our Sitecore CMS, using its modern authoring and personalization capabilities to help deliver relevant, on-brand, and high-performing digital experiences that support customer acquisition and retention.
  • As a Content Editor/Manager you will help plan, create, publish, and optimize content across our Sitecore-powered websites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep content engaging, consistent, accurate, and aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented content professional with hands-on experience in a modern CMS (preferably Sitecore), strong writing and editing skills, and an eagerness to learn AI-assisted authoring, personalization, and analytics to improve the customer experience.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Create, edit, publish, and update content within the Sitecore CMS, following editorial and brand standards.
  • Build and maintain pages, components, and templates using Sitecore (XM Cloud preferred) and its page-building tools.
  • Use Sitecore's AI-assisted authoring and content capabilities to help produce and tag content efficiently.
  • Support content personalization and A/B testing to help deliver tailored experiences.
  • Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, accessible (WCAG), and optimized for SEO.
  • Help maintain content governance standards, workflows, taxonomies, and metadata within Sitecore.
  • Partner with Marketing, UX/UI, Design, and Web Development teams to execute content for campaigns and launches.
  • Help manage the content calendar and coordinate publishing across brands and digital properties.
  • Use analytics and Sitecore insights to help measure content performance and identify improvements.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets, ensuring version control and reuse across channels.
  • Proofread and quality-check content before publishing for accuracy, consistency, and formatting.
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot content and rendering issues.
  • Continuously learn Sitecore platform features, AI capabilities, and content best practices.

  • 1-3 years of experience in content editing, content management, digital publishing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with a content management system, preferably Sitecore (including its modern, AI-enabled capabilities).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of SEO, content accessibility (WCAG), and web content best practices.
  • Familiarity with content workflows, taxonomies, and metadata.
  • Exposure to web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or Sitecore analytics).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills across creative and technical teams.
