Pay & Compensation
  • Weekly Earnings: $1,130 – $1,400 average weekly gross.
  • Mileage Pay: Competitive rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty).
  • Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00/hour.
  • Onboarding: Paid orientation program included.
  • Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady, year-round volume.
Schedule & Home Time
  • Home Time: Home weekly for your full 34-hour reset period.
  • Operating Area: Regional routes running through the Northwestern states, leveraging a well-established lane network.
  • Consistency: Predictable dispatch, steady workload, and reliable 24/7 fleet support.
Job Details & Equipment
  • Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Dry Van.
  • Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook loads within an established network.
  • Equipment: Latest model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors.
  • Safety & Comfort: Well-maintained fleet focused strictly on driver safety, reliability, and on-the-road comfort.
