Job description

Job Opening: Assembler 2 – Medical Devices

Location: 850 W Rio Salado Parkway, Suite 100, Tempe, AZ 85281

Duration: 12 months (extension possible)
Openings: 6
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible by ~1 hour)
Interview: Video or In-person

Job Summary:
Assembler role in a cleanroom environment, following standard operating procedures and GMP to manufacture medical devices using small tools and precision equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble medical devices in a cleanroom

  • Follow written instructions and SOPs

  • Complete Device History Records and documentation accurately

  • Use small hand tools and precision devices

  • Enter batch information into databases

  • Communicate effectively with team members

  • Perform tasks with high quality and minimal errors

Required Skills:

  • Basic math and English (written and verbal)

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)

Preferred Experience:

  • Cleanroom assembly experience

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing processes (Pad Printing, Heat Bonding, UV Curing, Laser Welding, Catheter Inspection, RF Welding, etc.)

Soft Skills:

  • Team player

  • Flexible and consistent

Education:

  • High school diploma preferred (or equivalent work experience)
