  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including intake forms, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in monthly team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance our therapeutic approaches and patient support strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse group of children aged 3 to 20 who face unique challenges due to developmental disabilities and intellectual challenges. Your expertise will help improve their quality of life and social interactions, making a significant difference in their everyday experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
  • An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Nevada is essential.
  • Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours (4-7 pm) to accommodate families effectively, with weekend availability considered an asset.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle for travel to client homes and community locations.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing positive behavioral support to children and adolescents, particularly those with special needs.
  • Prior work with children and families navigating the complexities of intellectual or developmental disabilities is highly valued.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required to effectively serve our diverse clientele.
Compensation and Benefits
