• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to effectively evaluate students' mental health concerns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and goals of each student.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to support students in their therapeutic journeys.

• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated support system for students.

• Provide educational resources and support to families, encouraging their involvement in the students’ mental health journeys and promoting a holistic approach to care.

• Correlate treatment plans with assessments to track progress effectively, ensuring adjustments are made as necessary to optimize student outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines related to mental health care.

The primary focus of this position is to serve students who present a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. Your role will be crucial in providing support to young individuals as they navigate the complexities of mental health in an evolving educational landscape.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating your capability in handling diverse mental health issues.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills, particularly in establishing rapport with students and motivating them towards recovery and personal growth.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Experience working in a school or educational setting, particularly in remote environments, is highly valued.

• Specialized training in child and adolescent mental health issues and therapies.

• Familiarity with collaborative care models and integrated treatment methods.
