• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients suffering from major mental health disorders and emotional challenges, with a focus on evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate assessments and screenings to identify client needs, followed by the formulation of comprehensive, integrated care plans.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, employing strong judgment to respond effectively to emergency situations.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment is tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
• Monitor client progress, evaluating admission, ongoing treatment, and discharge criteria to deliver ongoing support and services guided by ethical practice standards.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and quality improvement initiatives, contributing insights to committees focused on organizational enhancement.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including the completion of treatment reports and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
• Maintain on-call responsibilities to ensure continuous support during and after operational hours as necessary.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
