Remote Customer Service Representative - Federal Student Loan Support
PMC Integrity LLC is seeking motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives (CSR 1) to join our Aidvantage Customer Service Phone team. If you enjoy helping people, want to work from home, and want to support Federal Student Aid borrowers, we'd love to meet you!
Compensation
Competitive starting pay of $15.90 per hour, plus an additional $5.55 per hour in Health & Welfare benefits. Employees enjoy a total compensation package valued at more than $21.45 per hour, along with paid holidays, paid sick leave, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Job Summary
Start or grow your remote customer service career supporting Federal Student Aid borrowers. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR 1), you'll help borrowers with routine loan servicing questions by phone, email, or chat. This work-from-home call center role offers competitive pay, Health & Welfare fringe benefits, and paid vacation, holiday, and sick time under the Service Contract Act (SCA).

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum six months of customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

May be required to work scheduled holidays, overtime, and Saturdays.
Must be able to navigate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Home Office Requirements
Private and secure workspace from home.
Internet service with sufficient speed for multiple users without latency or lag.
Minimum hard-wire internet download speed of 25mbps (single) / 50mbps (shared); upload speed of 5 Mbps (10 Mbps preferred).
