This role is structured around a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to manage your schedule while working Monday through Saturday. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to evaluate their emotional, psychological, and social needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage in seamless communication with interdisciplinary teams through regular documentation and meetings such as patient rounds to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Facilitate case management for assigned patients, coordinating with hospital and community programs to enhance treatment efficacy and connect clients with additional resources.
• Ensure timely and ethical documentation of services rendered, adhering to the standards and expectations within the department.
• Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals as part of their individualized service plans.

Our mental health counselors work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will provide culturally competent care that respects and integrates the values and backgrounds of diverse populations, fostering a healing environment that supports their unique journeys.

• A valid professional license in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is necessary.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing direct mental health counseling is essential for this role.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, is advantageous.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
