As a BCBA at LAC, you'll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve. Whether you're looking to grow in your clinical repertoire or reach the next one of your career goals, we offer defined pathways of clinical growth. From mentorship, ongoing training opportunities, and covered continuing education expenses, LAC is intentional with your career advancement. Your Key Tasks
  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
  • Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations

Requirements
  • Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
  • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Salary Description
Up to $110,000 + quarterly bonus opportunities
