Job Summary:
As an RBT with Intellistars ABA, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their natural environments, including their homes. Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in their natural environments, including their homes
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address individual goals and objectives
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless transitions and share progress updates
Requirements:
• Possession of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• 0 years of experience as an RBT; training or coursework in ABA and behavioral therapy a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends (flexibility a must)
