This is a high impact role offering an opportunity to drive end-to-end Ordering and Fulfillment processes and influence business-critical decisions impacting the supply and availability at the Data Centers.


We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager II to join the AWS Infra Spares Planning team. This role will be focused on Order, Fulfillment Management and Supply Chain Analysis and Projects in support of Data Center Operations, Strategic planning and Regional Planning teams. This role will ensure correct PO placement and fulfillment of the parts which will enable reporting on overall spending and trends for Spares Program.


Key job responsibilities
Work with vendors globally to obtain and set up quotes for spare parts within the SLAs.
Ensure quotes are available in required tools on day 28 of each month and validate if quotes are set up appropriately for each region and currency.
Proactively identify new APNs ingested for spares using internal tools/processes and work with vendors to obtain and ensure quotes are uploaded.


Setup mechanisms to measure quotes SLAs and implement processes to improve the SLAs and publish weekly dashboard
Create Purchase Requisitions and Orders for spare parts per demand ingested via different tools per SLAs
Required to have knowledge in procure to pay processes, tools and GL string coding
Monitor PR/PO creation per SLAs and publish weekly dashboard
Create mechanisms to track spending/budgets and trigger requests if funds are below threshold
Must have advanced MS-Excel skills and able to manage huge data sets using AI tools.
Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since it's a global team
Analyze PO data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform adhoc reporting and analysis as needed with ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions.
