These competencies ensure the successful creation and implementation of engaging, adaptable learning experiences that meet organizational and learner needs.

What is a Flexible Learning Development Contract?

A Flexible Learning Development Contract is an agreement typically used in educational institutions to outline the terms and responsibilities for developing flexible or online learning materials, courses, or programs. This contract may involve tasks such as curriculum design, digital content creation, and the integration of technology to support diverse learning needs. Individuals working under such a contract are often expected to collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and technology specialists. The aim is to enhance accessibility and adaptability in education, catering to students who need alternatives to traditional classroom settings.
