Role: Java Developer (Java + Kubernetes + Kafka + Spring Boot)
Tampa, FL

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Involve in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and work in a highly dynamic Agile environment
  • Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes experience
  • Experience in development leveraging GitHub Copilot and Claude Code
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues
  • Adds value to team delivery and works with team to complete tasks to high quality, and actively learns new skills

Required Skills

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of software development experience
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, Spring Security
  • Very strong in Kafka
  • Self-learner; takes ownership of deliverables without micromanagement
  • Proficiency in using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot for development
  • Good experience in SQL, Oracle DB, performance tuning
