Job description

Job Summary

Overseers and directs the office functions and duties to ensure an efficient and effective operation of the Clinic. This candidate must possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service to the patient by scheduling appointments, registration, maintaining supplies, filing reports and obtaining insurance authorizations.

Education and Training

High School graduate or GED, required.

Experience

Two years previous provider office experience, preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with medical terminology and surgical procedures nomenclature. Basic insurance knowledge. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, other office systems.
