Brand & Web Designer About this position

We’re looking for a Brand Designer who can bring brands to life visually while helping clients communicate clearly, consistentlyand confidently across digital and print experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong creative instincts with strategic thinking — someone who can design beautiful work while understanding the “why” behind it. The right person thrives in a collaborative agency environment, enjoys variety, embraces feedbackand cares deeply about delivering work that creates real impact for clients. As a Brand Designer at TKG, you’ll work closely with strategists, developers, marketers and clients to create compelling brand identities, campaigns, websitesand marketing assets that align with business goals and elevate the client experience.

Responsibilities Brand & Visual Design
  • Create logos, brand systems, typography, color palettes, and style guides for cohesive identity standards
  • Design marketing collateral, presentations, advertisements, social graphics, email assets, and digital campaigns
  • Develop visual concepts that align with client positioning and messaging strategies
  • Maintain consistency across all creative deliverables
Digital & Website Design
  • Design modern responsive website mockups, landing parges and digital experiences for high conversion rate
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of creative direction
  • Contribute to UX/UI improvements and user-centered design thinking
  • Prepare assets and design systems for development handoff
Collaboration & Communication
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic planning meetings
  • Receive and apply feedback constructively
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, strategists, developers, and clients
  • Manage priorities and timelines effectively across multiple accounts
  • Partner with marketing, development and account management teams to align with business goals
AI & Innovation
  • Explore and utilize AI tools to improve creative workflows and efficiency
  • Stay curious about emerging trends in branding, digital design, and marketing technology
  • Bring forward ideas that improve creative processes and client outcomes
Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute compelling brand and visual identity systems
  • Design creative assets across digital, web, social, printand campaign channels
  • Collaborate with strategists and account teams to translate business goals into visual solutions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints
  • Contribute creative ideas and design direction during strategy and campaign planning
  • Present creative concepts confidently and professionally to internal teams and clients
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Stay current on design trends, AI creative toolsand evolving best practices
  • Support website and UX/UI design initiatives as needed
  • Help elevate the overall creative quality and standards of the agency
Skills & Requirements
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory and layout principles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Experience designing for both digital and print environments
  • Understanding of responsive web design and UX/UI best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly collaborative with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Curiosity and openness toward AI tools and creative technology

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, web design or agency creative work
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong branding, digitaland campaign design work required
