About the Role

Blue Aspen Marketing is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with internal teams across SEO, PPC, content, web development, and design to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate understands digital marketing strategy, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment where no two days are the same.

ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Lead client onboarding and ongoing strategy discussions
  • Conduct regular client meetings, campaign reviews, and performance updates
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure client questions and requests are handled promptly and professionally
Campaign Management
  • Coordinate the execution of SEO, PPC, website, content, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Monitor campaign performance and communicate insights to clients
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI
Project & Team Coordination
  • Manage tasks and timelines through project management platforms
  • Work closely with designers, developers, content creators, and advertising specialists
  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain organized records of client communications, goals, and campaign progress
  • Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency
Reporting & Analytics
  • Review campaign data and marketing performance metrics
  • Prepare client reports and strategic recommendations
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and other marketing tools to evaluate results
  • Translate marketing data into actionable insights for clients
QualificationsRequired
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, project management, or client services
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated problem solver who takes initiative
  • Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, or similar systems
  • Experience managing business social media accounts and digital content initiatives
Preferred
  • Agency experience
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM platforms
  • WordPress website management experience
  • Experience presenting reports and marketing strategies to clients
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
