Job description

Data Analyst / Modeler
Role Overview
This position targets a Data Analyst/ Modeler with a strong foundation in large-scale data processing. The role demands both depth (hands-on expertise) and breadth (end-to-end understanding) understanding of Data and Financial services product.
Note : While the profile is similar to both , for the modeler I would be focusing on data model creation while the data analyst will be less on modeling.

• XML, JSON, Parquet, Avro, Protobuf Familiarity with multiple serialization/storage formats

• SQL Strong query building, analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization skills
Business Knowledge
• Financial Instruments Understanding of financial instruments especially Derivative products
• Data modeling Understanding of data modeling for Journals and accounting will be a good skill
AI & Productivity Tools
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or equivalent) to accelerate data queries , reporting and analysis
