Soccer Shots Harrisburg is looking for fun, energetic, and dependable coaches to teach introductory soccer skills and character development to children ages 2-8Why Moms Love This Job
  • Flexible hours that work around your family schedule
  • Part-time, 4-12 hours per week-perfect for mornings or school pickups
  • Competitive pay: $22/hour
  • All equipment and curriculum provided, little to no prep
  • Paid training, no soccer experience required

Schedule & Commitment
Spring season: March-May (8-9 weeks)
Fall season: September - November
  • Programs run across the East and West Shore, staying close to where you're located
  • Work 1 - 3 days per week, 4-15 hours. Programs run
    • Weekday mornings 9am-1pm
    • Weeknight evenings 4:15pm-7pm
    • Saturday mornings 8:30am-1pm

Who We're Looking For
  • Safety-conscious, whose #1 priority is the safety of children under their care.
  • Caring, engaging with each child through specific and positive affirmation.
  • Organized, who plan ahead and are systematic in routine, conducting each session according to the lesson plan and working with children to maintain appropriate order for the age group.
  • Responsible, who are committed to doing what is expected of them as the coach and "face" of Soccer Shots.
  • Energetic, bringing Soccer Shots to life by creating a fun and exciting atmosphere that leads a child to smile and participate.

Requirements
  • Prior soccer experience is not required. We only require the passion for positively impacting childrens lives.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • For safety and focus, coaches are not permitted to bring their children with them while working or attending sessions.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
