Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and emotional wellness to establish tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, couple, or family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
  • Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and update therapy plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  • Foster strong therapeutic relationships by creating a safe and supportive environment encouraging open dialogue.
  • Document therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client outcomes securely in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to share insights and improve therapeutic practices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and peer supervision, to enhance clinical skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
