Valetudo PLLC is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Position Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one behavioral intervention services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs implement individualized treatment plans, collect behavioral data, teach functional skills, and promote independence in home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy.
  • Collect accurate and timely session data.
  • Teach communication, social, academic, daily living, and adaptive skills.
  • Reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain professional documentation and treatment notes.
  • Adhere to BACB ethical standards and company policies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while following clinical direction.

Preferred

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
