Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique goals, ensuring a goal-oriented approach to therapy.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as electrical stimulation or ultrasound, to enhance functional outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress throughout their rehabilitation journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families on self-management techniques, home exercises, and wellness strategies to foster long-term recovery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to best practices in physical therapy to elevate the standard of care.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the facility and patient population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Body Flexibility Therapy, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Our focus is to provide each patient with tailored care that addresses their specific needs, promoting not only recovery but also education and empowerment to maintain their health post-therapy.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of human anatomy and a proven ability to design and implement effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
