Flex Fitness Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated and licensed Physical Therapists to join our team at our Ashburn, Virginia location. This role is based onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility in Ashburn, designed to create a supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. • Assess, screen, and diagnose patient conditions using standard physical therapy procedures to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities to aid in patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and self-management techniques.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by gathering subjective and objective metrics to inform clinical decisions and establish goals.
• Maintain thorough records of patient care that comply with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and progress to optimize patient care.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives focused on enhancing patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants, aides, and students, ensuring that all team members deliver high-quality care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to keep abreast of evolving practices in physical therapy.
• Contribute to program development and marketing initiatives that expand our service offerings and referral networks.

Our physical therapists will work with a diverse patient population, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric individuals. This variety allows for a rich professional experience and the opportunity to address a wide range of physical therapy needs, from post-surgical rehabilitation and injury recovery to chronic pain management and mobility enhancement. We emphasize personalized care, tailoring interventions to the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree (Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy) from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in clinical assessment and treatment planning.

• Experience in a rehabilitation facility or similar setting, with a focus on outpatient care.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and billing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple caseloads and maintain organized documentation.
• Skills in conducting patient education workshops or community outreach.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
