In a seasonal role, you'll help create meaningful client moments and build skills in a fast-paced beauty environment.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
  • Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

  • Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
  • Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
  • British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
  • All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th
