Position Overview

Flex Revive Solutions is actively seeking a passionate and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Bowie, Maryland. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional care in an outpatient setting, aiding patients in their journey to regain mobility and enhance their quality of life.

At Flex Revive Solutions, our mission is to provide high-quality physical therapy services tailored to the individual needs of our patients. Located in Bowie, MD, our advanced outpatient office spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest technology and tools for rehabilitation, including state-of-the-art facilities for athletes and active individuals. Our environment promotes healing and performance, allowing us to offer a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services.

Work Environment

You will work within a collaborative team consisting of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). We emphasize teamwork and coordination among healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to patient care. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet dynamic work schedule that encourages staff collaboration and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their specific needs, goals, and any underlying health conditions that may impact their rehabilitation.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based techniques and a variety of therapeutic modalities to restore function and improve the patient's range of motion.
  • Administer therapies that focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, utilizing hands-on techniques as well as rehabilitation equipment.
  • Monitor the progress of 2-3 patients per hour, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on their response to therapy.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes, fostering a network of support around each patient.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of treatments and progress, using EMR software such as WebPT to ensure efficient record-keeping and communication.
  • Inspire and empower patients during their rehabilitation journeys, motivating them to achieve their personal health goals through education and encouragement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily consist of athletes and active individuals seeking rehabilitation following injuries or surgeries. We focus on orthopedic outpatient care, providing specialized therapies designed to enhance performance and prevent further injuries. The environment at Flex Revive Solutions is tailored to foster a positive recovery experience, where patient success is celebrated and encouraged.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Maryland, with no disciplinary actions on record.
  • Demonstrated manual therapy skills and a proactive approach to patient care.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in developing individualized care plans and fitness regimens tailored to patient needs.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
