Flex Rehab Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functionality. This position operates within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Henderson, Nevada, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse patient population.

The successful Physical Therapist will work onsite at our modern rehabilitation center in Henderson, NV, a city known for its vibrant community and supportive healthcare environment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and rehabilitation technicians who collaborate regularly to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Implement individualized treatment plans for patients, emphasizing mobility improvement, strength development, and functional enhancement.
• Guide patients through customized therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities designed to promote physical well-being and alleviate pain.
• Provide education to patients regarding body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home exercise programs to ensure a comprehensive recovery process.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, noting changes in range of motion, strength gains, and overall functional improvements.
• Prepare treatment areas effectively and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are organized and readily accessible for each patient session.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, share insights, and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive atmosphere conducive to healing.
• Maintain adherence to ethical and professional standards, protecting patient confidentiality and respecting their rights.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada is mandatory.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team atmosphere.

• Experience in implementing treatment plans for diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and clinical documentation systems.
• Previous involvement in patient education initiatives and community outreach programs.

Flex Rehab Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
